PhD project:

Deciphering the molecular organization of the cell wall, capsule and extracellular vesicles of Cryptococcus neoformans by innovative solid-state NMR methods.

  • Context : We propose to develop innovative solid-state NMR techniques to uncover the molecular organization of polysaccharides and proteins of the cell envelope of C. neoformans. The project is funded by the ANR.
  • Laboratory: The project will take place at the IECB (Institut Européen de Chimie et Biologie) in the team of Antoine Loquet.
